Thanks to a very strange series of events that took place in our universe, I exist. It’s weird, I can’t explain it.

My interest in clarity and intentionality stems from a desire to take as much of it all (life) in while I can. I don’t want to get in my own way.

I am deeply passionate about the mind and how we can experience life the best way each of us can, ideally helping the world as a whole along the way. I strongly believe that many of the problems we face in the world today are rooted in the idea that humanity sees itself as somehow separate from nature.

A major motivation for me to put out content online is to break down persisting societal norms that limit how we express or don’t express ourselves.
